New international categories

Hello,

Picsou Wiki (fr) and KOMIE (greek) wiki are working on a new template for the international categories on the main page. We'd like some feedback, to see if you like it and if it could be implemented on all the international Duck wikias. That seems really good! I actually don't have any suggestions, it's perfect. How do I insert it on the Main Page?

Another thing you must know, is that this wiki is nearly no active at all any longer. Actually, it has been inactive since like 2017/2018. It's only like one editor on this wiki for a period, and than it's another for some time. But I want to get this wiki as active as it was for like eight years ago (at least I'm going to try).
